Street Signs is another series about the very poor and homeless in America. With these environmental portraits my intention is to let the faces and the signs tell the stories—no captions needed. They were created with the subjects full consent and my hope is that they convey dignity and faith as well as desperation. The initial photos were all shot in Boston or Cambridge, Massachusetts and I plan to continue the series and expand it to other cities.
